Why don’t you give more detail about the benefits of kratom on your site?
FDA regulations are very strict about what we can say about kratom and its benefits. If you want an uncensored version of kratom benefits, find a kratom blog, group, or community that doesn’t have to comply with vendor regulations. We suggest Google for questions like how to properly use kratom, possible side effects, and so forth.
Is Kratom legal?
Kratom has been outlawed by several international countries and US states including Rhode Island, Tennessee, Arkansas, Wisconsin, Vermont, Indiana, and Alabama is the pending legislation. These restrictions also extend to the following Cities and Counties with Bans or Restrictions (San Diego, CA, Jerseyville, IL, and Sarasota County, FL)
When will I receive my order?
From the time we receive your order and your payment have processed, we typically ship all orders within a 3-5 business day turnaround.
Where’s my tracking number?
Tracking numbers are sent with the order complete email. We send these to the order’s email before we take them to the post office.
Why hasn’t my package arrived?
If the package shows it’s not in transit or there is no tracking number, please contact us and we’ll get it figured out.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we do not currently ship internationally because of legal issues. We try to stay up to date on the legal status of kratom in the US, but at this point, we simply don’t have the time to keep up to date on legality worldwide

Is my payment secure?
We take extreme precautions to ensure that your information is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. When you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with AES-256 encryption. We follow all PCI-DSS requirements and we implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
